Job summary

The role collaborates with Technology Services, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to align vendor relationships with technology priorities. The ideal candidate will drive vendor strategy, contract renewals, risk management, and executive reviews, ensuring maximum business value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT vendor management, strategic sourcing, technology services, supplier management, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategic vendor management across Technology Services.
• Establish vendor relationships aligned with business priorities.
• Governance of vendors from selection to exit, with SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive cost optimization and value realization across the vendor portfolio.
• Monitor performance and manage risk with internal and vendor stakeholders.
