You will partner with Technology Services, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity to align vendor relationships with technology priorities and business goals. The role requires 10+ years in IT vendor management, strong negotiation and leadership, and experience coordinating across multiple functions to drive cost

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT vendor management experience in large orgs.
• Proven governance of vendor relationships with SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategic vendor management across Technology Services.
• Build and manage strategic vendor relationships aligned with tech priorities.
• Oversee vendor lifecycle: strategy, performance governance, renewal, risk, and exits.
• Drive cost optimization and value realization across the vendor portfolio.
• Lead governance forums and executive reviews with internal/external stakeholders.
