Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes division, is seeking a Sr Mgr IT Vendor Management to govern strategic technology vendors and optimize value across Technology Services. Based in the United States with opportunities in NJ, PA, FL, IN, and more, the role partners with Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, and IT leaders to drive performance and risk management.

The role demands 10+ years in vendor management, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of leading governance across complex vendor

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in IT vendor management or related disciplines.
Experience leading strategic technology vendor relationships in global/matrixed organizations.
Proven ability to establish vendor governance structures and manage performance via SLAs/KPIs.
Strong negotiation, executive communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

Define and lead strategic vendor management across Technology Services.
Establish and manage vendor relationships aligned with priorities and roadmaps.
Lead end‑to‑end governance of vendors including onboarding, performance reviews, and renewals.
Drive collaboration with partners to improve services and technology outcomes.
Lead governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviews with metrics and reporting.
Develop vendor strategies with cross‑functional teams to support roadmaps.
