Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT vendor management or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic vendor management approach across Technology Services.
• Establish and manage strategic vendor relationships aligned with business priorities and technology strategy.
• Lead end-to-end governance of strategic technology vendors across vendor selection, onboarding, performance management, renewals, transformation, escalations, and exits.
• Drive strategic collaboration with technology partners to identify opportunities that improve services and outcomes.
• Establish and lead vendor governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviews with SLAs, KPIs, and risk metrics.
• Partner across IT, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity to align vendor strategies with roadmaps.
• Provide leadership for vendor decisions including sourcing events, renewals, and optimization.
• Drive cost optimization and value realization across the vendor portfolio.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Establish governance for vendor risk and escalation with stakeholders.
• Lead vendor performance reporting and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Foster cross-vendor improvements and standardization across services.
