Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr Mgr IT Vendor Management, located in Raritan, NJ or West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or New Brunswick, NJ. This role leads governance, performance, and value realization for strategic technology vendors across Technology Services.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the strategic vendor management approach across Technology Services, establishing governance, processes, performance expectations, relationship models, and reporting across the technology vendor portfolio.
• Establish and manage strategic vendor relationships aligned with business priorities, technology strategy, service requirements, and financial objectives.
• Lead end-to-end governance of strategic technology vendors across vendor selection, onboarding, performance management, renewals, transformation, escalations, and exits.
• Drive strategic collaboration and co-development with key technology partners to identify opportunities that improve services and technology outcomes.
• Establish and lead vendor governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviews using SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and risk indicators to drive accountability and value.
