Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Engineering Transformation-Strategy Growth and Transformation Technology Manager - AI & Engineering/EaaS to drive strategic change for commercial sector clients. You will lead globally dispersed teams across the US, India, and Mexico, delivering high-impact transformation engagements.

The role emphasizes engineering transformation, product engineering methods, and AI-enabled process improvements, with up to 50% travel and a strong program delivery foundation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in the commercial consulting sector working on large scale IT engineering/transformation projects with hands-on depth in technology around application development and custom built applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
• 3+ years' experience in a leadership role working on large scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with a focus on technology.
• 8+ years' experience in technology and operational transformation efforts
• Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders
• A strong understanding of the fundamentals of engineering transformation with the ability to successfully articulate technology concepts to both a business and a technology audience with depth and accuracy.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and with third parties
• Extensive team leadership experience which should include managing people, projects, clients and financials.
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
