Job summary

Deloitte's AI & Engineering team seeks a Strategy Growth and Transformation Manager to drive strategic change for commercial clients. You will lead globally dispersed teams across the US, India, and Mexico, shaping deliverables and milestones to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will apply deep engineering transformation experience, manage engagement risk and financials, and mentor junior practitioners while collaborating with Technology, Operations, and Strategy executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial IT engineering/transformation projects.
• 3+ years in a leadership role on large-scale transformation.
• 8+ years in technology and operational transformation efforts.
• Experience operating model transformation and agile delivery.
• Ability to articulate tech concepts to business and tech audiences.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments and third parties.
• Extensive team leadership including people, projects, and budgets.
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead globally dispersed teams (US, India, Mexico) to deliver strategy and transformation engagements.
• Define deliverables, milestones, and oversee engagement delivery with high quality.
• Manage engagement risk and economics, and align with client expectations.
• Coach junior practitioners and provide guidance on staffing needs.
