Job summary

Deloitte seeks an Engineering Transformation-Strategy Growth and Transformation Technology Manager - AI & Engineering/EaaS to drive AI-enabled engineering transformation for commercial sector clients. Lead strategy, delivery, and innovation across the US, India, and Mexico.

You will partner with Technology, Operations and Strategy executives to define deliverables, manage risk, and coach junior staff, ensuring high-quality outcomes while collaborating with multi-vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial consulting sector with IT engineering/transformation depth
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field
• 3+ years in a leadership role on large-scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with focus on technology
• 8+ years in technology and operational transformation efforts
• Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders
• Strong ability to articulate technology concepts to business and tech audiences
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and with third parties
• Extensive team leadership across people, projects, clients and financials
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy growth and transformation engagements for commercial sector clients
• Serve as trusted advisor to Technology, Operations and Strategy executives
• Oversee globally dispersed teams across US, India, and Mexico
• Define deliverables and milestone structure for engagements
• Oversee engagement delivery to ensure on-time high-quality outputs
• Coach junior practitioners and advise on staffing needs
