Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Engineering Transformation-Strategy Growth and Transformation Technology Manager - AI & Engineering/EaaS in the United States. This role leads strategic change for commercial clients, guiding technology, operations and strategy executives through complex transformation programs.

You will manage globally dispersed teams, shape deliverables, and drive innovation with a product-engineering mindset while ensuring on-time, high-quality results. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial consulting on large IT engineering/transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
• 3+ years in a leadership role on large scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with a focus on technology.
• 8+ years in technology and operational transformation efforts.
• Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders.
• Strong ability to articulate technology concepts to business and tech audiences.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and with third parties.
• Extensive team leadership experience managing people, projects, clients and financials.
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead globally dispersed teams (US, India, Mexico) to deliver strategy and downstream transformations.
• Define deliverables and milestone structure; oversee engagement delivery with high quality.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to staffing needs and risk management.
