Job summary
Deloitte seeks a Strategy Growth and Transformation Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives for commercial sector clients in the US. You will serve as a trusted adviser to technology, operations and strategy executives, leading engineering transformation programs with a product-engineering mindset.
You will guide globally distributed teams across the US, India, and Mexico to deliver strategy and downstream transformation engagements, manage risks and engagement economics, and mentor
Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in commercial consulting with large-scale IT engineering/transformation projects.
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role on large transformation programs.
- 8+ years' experience in technology and operational transformation efforts.
- Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders.
- Strong ability to articulate technology concepts to business and tech audiences.
- Experience in multi-vendor environments and with third parties.
- Extensive team leadership experience including managing people, projects, clients, and financials.
- Experience using AI to streamline business processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead globally dispersed teams (US, India, Mexico) to deliver strategy and transformation engagements.
- Define deliverables and milestones for engagements and oversee delivery.
- Manage engagement risk, economics, and client expectations.
- Coach junior practitioners and help plan staffing needs for future engagements.
