Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager for Engineering Transformation-Strategy Growth and Transformation Technology with an AI & Engineering focus. This role drives strategic change, delivers complex transformation programs, and advises Technology, Operations and Strategy executives across commercial sector clients.

You will lead globally dispersed teams (US, India, Mexico), define deliverables, oversee delivery, and coach junior practitioners while managing risk and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial IT consulting with large-scale transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading large transformation programs in a commercial setting.
• 10+ years in technology/operational transformation efforts.
• Experience with operating model transformation, agile delivery, global teams across borders.
• Strong ability to translate engineering concepts for business audiences.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and working with third parties.
• Extensive team leadership across people, projects, clients, and financials.
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and downstream transformation engagements across US, India, and Mexico.
• Define deliverables, milestones and oversee delivery with high quality.
• Coach junior practitioners and manage engagement staffing needs.
• Manage engagement risk and client expectations proactively.
