Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Engineering Transformation-Strategy Growth and Transformation Technology Manager to lead AI & Engineering initiatives, drive transformation programs, and deliver innovative solutions for commercial sector clients across the US, India, and Mexico.

You will manage global teams, shape engagement plans, mentor junior practitioners, and contribute to operating model changes while traveling up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in the commercial consulting sector working on large scale IT engineering/transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
• 3+ years' experience in a leadership role working on large scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with a focus on technology.
• 8+ years' experience in technology and operational transformation efforts
• Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders
• A strong understanding of the fundamentals of engineering transformation with the ability to successfully articulate technology concepts to both a business and a technology audience with depth and accuracy
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and with third parties
• Extensive team leadership experience which should include managing people, projects, clients and financials.
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead globally dispersed teams (US, India, and Mexico) to deliver strategy and downstream transformation engagements.
• Define deliverables and milestone structure for engagements.
• Oversee engagement delivery and ensure on-time, high-quality outputs.
• Assist in managing engagement risk and engagement economics, and client expectations.
• Coach junior practitioners and provide input into future staffing needs.
