Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Engineering Transformation-Strategy Growth and Transformation Technology Manager - AI & Engineering/EaaS to drive strategic change for commercial sector clients. You will lead a global delivery team across the US, India, and Mexico, shaping complex transformation programs and delivering value through AI-enabled engineering platforms.

As a senior advisor, you will define deliverables, manage risk and client expectations, and coach junior practitioners.

Qualifications

6+ years' experience in commercial consulting with IT engineering/transformation projects.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
3+ years' leadership in large transformation programs in a commercial environment with a focus on technology
8+ years' experience in technology and operational transformation efforts
Experience operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders
Strong ability to articulate technology concepts to business and technology audiences
Experience in multi-vendor environments and with third parties
Extensive team leadership experience including managing people, projects, clients and finances
Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

Lead globally dispersed teams to deliver strategy and downstream transformation engagements.
Define deliverables and milestone structure; oversee engagement delivery.
Manage engagement risk and ongoing engagement economics; handle client expectations proactively.
Coach junior practitioners and contribute to staffing plans and talent development.
