Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Strategy Growth and Transformation Manager in the United States to lead AI & Engineering transformation engagements for commercial sector clients. You will guide globally dispersed teams across the US, India, and Mexico, defining deliverables and milestones while ensuring high quality outcomes.

The role requires deep engineering transformation experience, leadership across large programs, and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in commercial consulting on large IT engineering projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in leadership on large transformation programs in a commercial setting.
• 8+ years in technology and operational transformation efforts.
• Experience with operating models, agile delivery, and global cross-border teams.
• Strong ability to articulate technology concepts to business and tech audiences.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and with third parties.
• Proven track record leading teams, projects, clients and budgets.
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Lead globally dispersed teams (US, India, Mexico) to deliver strategy and transformation engagements.
• Define deliverables and milestones, oversee engagement delivery and risk management.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to staffing planning.
• Manage client expectations and engagement economics.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Technology, Operations and Strategy executives.
