Deloitte is seeking a Strategy Growth and Transformation Manager to lead AI & Engineering transformation programs for commercial clients. You will drive strategic change, define milestones, and manage globally distributed teams across the US, India, and Mexico.

The role demands deep engineering transformation experience and strong executive communication. Expect travel up to 50% and a compensation range reflected by the firm's wage range of $134,500 to $265,100, with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in the commercial consulting sector working on large scale IT engineering/transformation projects with hands-on depth in technology around application development and custom built applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
• 3+ years' experience in a leadership role working on large scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with a focus on technology.
• 8+ years' experience in technology and operational transformation efforts
• Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders
• A strong understanding of the fundamentals of engineering transformation with the ability to successfully articulate technology concepts to both a business and a technology audience with depth and accuracy.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and with third parties
• Extensive team leadership experience which should include managing people, projects, clients and financials.
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
