Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies for software, cloud, hardware, and services. You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Security and business leaders to deliver value, optimize costs and manage supplier relationships.

The role involves negotiations, governance, budgeting support, and driving cost savings across the IT spend portfolio. A strong IT procurement background and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management within IT.
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and IT services.
• Strong understanding of licensing, cloud contracts, vendor mgmt and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT sourcing and category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, negotiations and supplier selections.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Security and business leaders on procurement.
• Negotiate complex contracts, SLAs, and licensing terms to optimize value.
• Monitor supplier performance, risk, and governance across the lifecycle.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost avoidance initiatives.
