Toppan Merrill is seeking a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to lead IT spend categories, drive cost optimization, and align procurement with business objectives. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and leadership to deliver value and mitigate risk in a complex technology environment.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing RFx events, negotiating contracts, and tracking supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement focused on Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies that align with business goals.
• Analyze spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, and requirements to identify opportunities.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selections.
