Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to drive IT category strategies and supplier partnerships. You will develop and execute sourcing initiatives across software, hardware, cloud services, and IT consulting, collaborating with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to deliver value and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management for IT categories.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex IT contracts and SLAs.
• Strong vendor management, risk assessment, and cost-savings delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyze spend, market trends, supplier capabilities and requirements.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, negotiations and supplier selections.
• Advise IT leadership and stakeholders on procurement strategies and terms.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Legal, Information Security and others on governance.
• Negotiate licensing, pricing, and SOWs to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Manage supplier relationships and governance for performance and risk.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with market insights.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation across IT spend.
• Develop category roadmaps, performance metrics, and governance.
