Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to lead IT procurement initiatives, optimize costs, and drive vendor performance. You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to deliver value and manage supplier relationships across software, hardware, cloud services, and IT consulting.

You will negotiate complex contracts, governance processes, and drive cost savings, while aligning sourcing activities with business priorities and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement with IT focus.
• Experience negotiating for software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, cybersecurity, and IT services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyze spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, and requirements to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selections.
