Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager who will lead IT sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization. This role partners with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to align procurement with organizational objectives.

The candidate will manage software, cloud services, hardware, telecom, cybersecurity, and IT consulting procurement, negotiate complex contracts, and support budgeting and financial planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement with IT focus.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and IT services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic IT sourcing and category management strategies.
• Lead sourcing events (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and supplier negotiations.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to deliver value and cost optimization.
