Michels Corporation is seeking an IT Procurement and Vendor Analyst to optimize the end-to-end IT purchasing cycle. You will collaborate with IT teams and Corporate Procurement to ensure proper coding, tracking, and reporting of IT spend.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional communication to support timely payments and compliant processes. A related degree and purchasing experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of relevant purchasing experience.
Experience with purchase orders, requisitions and coding.
Knowledge of contract review and renewals.
Experience with ERP or financial systems is a plus.
Experience with report writing tools.

Responsibilities

Process IT purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders with accurate coding.
Perform three-way matching of POs, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies.
Manage IT invoice intake and approval routing for timely payments.
Set up and maintain vendor records and onboarding with Corporate Procurement.
Track IT contracts and renewals, monitor terms and true-up obligations.
Build IT spend, trend, and accrual reporting; respond to internal requests.
Identify duplicate or off-contract spend to drive cost improvements.
Maintain purchasing SOPs across IT.
