Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer proficiency.
• Experience with eProcurement or eSourcing tools (desired).
• Relevant industry experience (desired).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders and requisitions; analyze quotes and bids; outline terms and warranties; execute contracts within approved limits.
• Conduct price and vendor quote analysis to identify new opportunities and complete initial research of vendors.
• Maintain current and accurate database information: lead times, open purchase orders, quality, and commitments.
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers and organizations.
• Interface with other divisions and departments to support order processing, shipping, delivery, and quality.
