Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support procurement and supply chain activities across large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with project teams to source materials, manage supplier relationships, and track deliveries.

This role emphasizes organization, communication, and a continuous improvement mindset to align procurement with project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of procurement, supply chain, construction, or project coordination experience preferred.
• Experience supporting procurement on construction or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities across planning, execution, and closeout.
• Assist with sourcing, bids, vendor pricing, and purchase orders.
• Track material releases, shipments, and procurement records.
• Maintain logs and communications with vendors and suppliers.
• Support risk identification and procurement reporting and forecasts.
• Contribute to process improvements for procurement efficiency.
