Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Sourcing – IT to develop and execute IT sourcing strategies, drive cost savings, and improve supplier performance. You will lead RFIs/RFPs, negotiations, and supplier relationships while coaching junior staff and aligning with business needs.

You will collaborate across IT, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, Privacy, and Legal to ensure compliant, value-driven category strategies and data-driven decisions for multi-year plans.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing with IT hardware, software, and services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, business administration, or related field required.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in Excel and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year category strategies aligned with business objectives and global priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish spend baselines and annual savings targets.
• Lead sourcing strategies, supplier spend management, and complex contract negotiations.
• Apply analytics and procurement tools to support data-driven sourcing decisions.
• Build relationships with IT, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, Privacy, and Legal.
• Review and negotiate supplier agreements for short-, mid-, and long-term needs.
• Use cost modeling and total cost of ownership analyses to support business cases.
