Michels Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking an IT Administrator to develop, support, and maintain IT processes including asset inventory tracking, procurement, IT billing, reporting, and analysis.

You will ensure data accuracy, respond to internal information requests, and collaborate with teams. Critical for success are professional management and strong oral and written communication skills; the role is full-time on site in Brownsville, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with purchasing, purchase order generation, asset tracking and purchasing software.
• Knowledge/experience with contract review and renewals.
• Experience using report writing tools.
• Experience with ERP or stand-alone financial systems solutions (desired).

• Develop, support, and maintain IT processes such as asset inventory tracking, procurement, IT billing, reporting and analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of data supporting IT processes and respond to internal information requests.
