Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management.
• Proficient understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project/Planner).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develops project plans, timelines, budgets, and manages resource allocations.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Tracks project progress and maintains status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Identifies risks and issues; escalates when appropriate and assists in mitigation planning.
• Facilitates meetings, prepares agendas, and documents meeting notes and action items.
• Ensures project documentation is complete and maintained according to PMO standards and governance.
• Monitors project deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and business objectives.
• Supports change management and communication efforts.
• Assists with vendor coordination and contract tracking as needed.
