We’re seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical technology initiatives in an enterprise environment. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role responsible for managing projects from planning through implementation, ensuring quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage agile ceremonies, and drive alignment between business and technology stakeholders. This role is ideal for a seasoned PM with strong Scrum Master experience and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full life cycle, from planning to implementation.
• Manage agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Maintain sprint metrics (burndown, velocity) and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and resolve impediments that block team productivity.
• Partner with product owners, developers, and leadership to ensure goals are clear and deliverables are met.
• Maintain product backlog, release plans, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Technical Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven Scrum Master experience with hands-on agile delivery.
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and Miro for project tracking and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and communicate with all levels of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Experience within the financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with modern SDLC practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and continuous integration.
