Job summary

Ask IT consulting seeks an Experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to oversee multiple complex IT Enterprise Infrastructure initiatives. The role requires deep understanding of PMI-aligned practices and strong communication across all organizational levels.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations, coordinating with IT managers and technical teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program and Project Manager.
• Thorough understanding of IT Infrastructure Technology and related industry standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Enterprise program/project management for project activities to ensure the program/project is completed on time, within budget and within scope.
• Define program/project scope, duration, resources and cost, as well as the best course of action/approach to attain the project objectives.
• Provide project management for project scheduling, tracking, issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting.
• Follow SUITE PMM and SEM, based on PMI framework and SEI’s CMMI framework.
• Utilize the State’s Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool (Changepoint) on all projects.
• Plan and coordinate work with teams. Design and implement project plans. Work with IT managers and IT technical teams.
• Act as a program manager for large complex enterprise IT Security initiatives.
• Act as a partner to other project managers performing Project Management Quality Assurance.
