We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive IT programs across automation, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and networking. You will own end-to-end execution from scoping to risk management, build robust metrics, and provide transparent status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline with strong tech/IT ops interest.
• 4+ years of program and project management experience in a technology environment.
• 5+ years in a technical role (IT support, systems admin, network ops, etc.).
• Ability to analyze technical/operational data, build metrics, and drive decisions.
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable project plans with engineering/infra teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful IT program execution, ensuring requirements are met, schedules stay on track, and budgets are respected.
• Manage IT customer relations, SLAs, and stakeholder communications; own project deliverables and status updates.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering and operations, owning tasks and work plans.
• Develop understanding of IT systems, networking and cloud environments; support incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Define project scope, monitor risks, maintain schedules and documentation; engage stakeholders as a single point of contact.
