Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive IT initiatives across automations, AI, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and networking. You will oversee end-to-end execution, scope, risk, and reporting to keep leadership informed on program health.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of PM experience in tech, 5+ years in a technical role, strong data-driven decision skills, and the ability to translate requirements for engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related experience.
• 4+ years of program and project management in a technology environment.
• 5+ years in a technical role (IT, networks, etc.).
• Ability to analyze technical and operational data, build metrics, and drive decisions.
• Experience translating requirements to actionable plans with technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful IT program execution, meet requirements, stay on schedule, and manage budgets.
• Manage relationships with IT customers, uphold SLAs, monitor satisfaction.
• Lead execution across tasks and work plans with engineering and operations.
• Develop understanding of IT systems and infrastructure; support incident response.
• Define project scope, track changes, monitor risks, maintain schedules.
• Act as point of contact for internal teams and represent IT capabilities to stakeholders.
