Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive IT projects spanning automations, AI, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and networking. You will manage end-to-end execution, from scoping to risk identification, and report on program health to leadership.

The role suits someone with solid technical grounding who aims to grow into a strategic, data-driven PM within IT. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related with tech passion.
• 4+ years of program/project management in tech environments.
• 5+ years in a technical role (IT support, systems admin, network ops).
• Ability to analyze data, build metrics, drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful IT program and project execution, meeting requirements, schedule and budget.
• Manage relationships with IT customers, uphold SLAs, provide status updates.
• Lead execution across tasks and work plans with engineering and operations teams.
• Understand IT system performance, support incident response, analyze metrics.
