Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Minimum 10 years in progressive technical programs with at least 5 years in a Senior TPM or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering complex software/hardware systems in defense or high-stakes environments.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end autonomous airpower programs from R&D to deployment.
• Own program cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate software, hardware, GNC, test, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Engage government customers and senior leadership with strategic updates.
