Job summary

Anduril Industries’ Intelligence Systems division is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the development and integration of advanced defense technologies for government and industry partners in Reston, VA. You will drive complex programs across hardware and software domains, coordinating with engineers, test crews, and external stakeholders to deliver capability on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in technical project management or related PM.
Familiarity with government acquisition and reporting processes.
Ability to create and deliver presentations to leadership and customers.
Adaptive and willing to lead in amorphous environments.

Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional execution across engineering teams from architecture through testing.
Coordinate with Chief Engineer and stakeholders to meet program requirements.
Develop and maintain integrated master schedule across teams and milestones.
Identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks to keep programs on track.
Provide clear plans, ownership, and measurable exit criteria for critical paths.
