Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project and/or program management experience.
• Working knowledge of standard project management processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with OnePlan, Microsoft Project, or other PM software.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs from initiation through completion, ensuring desired organizational outcomes.
• Provide governance, results reporting, and oversight across multiple projects.
• Liaise between business users and technology resources for effective design.
• Document requirements, problems, and opportunities with stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop business cases, define deliverables, and estimate resources.
• Create communication plans for staff to C-suite stakeholders.
• Use PMO tools to manage scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
• Define objectives, roadmaps, and success criteria aligned to business strategy.
• Establish governance structures and program controls.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, risks, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate resource conflicts and project dependencies with leadership.
• Identify improvements to strengthen delivery and PMO processes.
