Job summary

Central Health is seeking an IT Program Manager to partner with senior leadership to define and lead programs aligned with strategic objectives. You will manage scope, budget, schedule and reporting, while guiding business analysts and project managers across multiple projects within a program.

The role requires strong governance, risk management and stakeholder communication skills, with experience in complex, cross-functional environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (higher degree accepted).
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project and Visio.
• Certifications: PMP, PfMP or PgMP are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, lead and manage IT programs to achieve senior leaders’ objectives.
• Lead business analysts and project managers within programs and manage dependencies, risks and issues.
• Communicate coordinated program plans and set clear roles and responsibilities.
