Job summary

Focus is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide technology programs within the IT PMO. You will drive governance, strategy, and delivery excellence across multi-functional teams and external partners.

You will mentor project managers, business analysts, and data analysts, ensuring delivery within budgets and deadlines, while providing executive-level visibility into program performance. Location options include St. Louis, MO or Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience in IT PMO environments with governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility IT projects and enterprise programs.
• Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
