Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large complex projects or programs, with end-to-end accountability for cost, schedule, and scope. You will partner with IT product managers and stakeholders in a matrix environment to deliver strategic initiatives through SDLC and delivery models like OWF, Scrum, XP.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering multi-project programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5+ years PM experience or 7+ years PM experience.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and delivery of large/complex projects.
• Experience in budget tracking and reporting expenditures.
• Strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving; adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to build integrated milestone-driven project plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Structured, organized execution with accountability for outcomes.
• Develops trusted relationships and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SDLC and delivery models OWF, Scrum, XP.
• Regular in-person attendance at the facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead large complex projects or programs with multiple sub-projects.

• Escalate risks and issues and manage changes within a matrix setup.
