Job summary

Central Health seeks an IT Program Manager to define, analyze and lead programs aligned with strategic initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule and budget, guiding analysts and project managers across projects within a program.

The role reports to senior leadership, collaborates with internal/external stakeholders, and may handle complex, strategic projects within a program as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; higher degree accepted.
• 8 years IT project management or 2 years IT program management experience.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Visio.
• Certifications: PMP, PfMP or PgMP.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, lead and manage IT programs to meet strategic objectives.
• Lead and coordinate business analysts and project managers within programs.
• Create coordinated program plans and set clear roles and responsibilities.
• Regularly review projects to manage dependencies, risks and issues.
• Escalate issues and report progress to senior leadership.
