• Manages program-level activities with design/architecture and infrastructure enhancements.
• Develops and drives implementation of programs achieving business results.
• Leads project managers in a matrixed governance environment with strategic advice.
• Manages master schedule, scope, budget, and prioritization at program level.
• Provides portfolio/rationalization guidance based on resources and goals.
• Delivers executive updates on program health and risks.
