Job summary

Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT) seeks a Divisional Technology Partner to lead IT governance and investment planning within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. You will collaborate with divisional leadership to prioritize IT initiatives and manage demand across the division, ensuring alignment with academic and operational priorities.

You will drive strategic portfolio management, executive communication, and cross-team coordination while stewarding resources and guiding change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five years or more of post-secondary education or related work experience.
• Ability to navigate stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic initiative and portfolio management.
• Executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Stakeholder negotiation and influence.
• Experience in FAS/Harvard or complex higher education settings.
• Financial stewardship and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with IT tools, platforms and concepts.
• Organizational change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Document local FAS technology needs and gather feedback on IT systems and services.
• Manage IT investment intake and align investments with priorities.
• Coordinate IT roadmap development and governance for FAS.
• Collaborate with FAS leadership to identify shared solutions.
• Produce annual report of divisional IT investments and impact.
• Represent divisional perspectives on enterprise applications and platforms.
