Job summary

The Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT) team seeks a Divisional Technology Partner for the FAS and Faculty Affairs divisions to align technology investments with priorities and lead governance processes. You will coordinate solutions, manage escalations, and support effective issue resolution within the university's enterprise IT framework.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of five years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and portfolio management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Document local FAS technology needs and gather feedback on IT systems and services.
• Manage IT investment intake and align investments with academic and operational priorities.
• Lead demand planning, governance, and prioritization within enterprise frameworks.
• Produce annual report of divisional IT investments and impact.
• Represent divisional perspectives on FAS and University-wide enterprise applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address sensitive matters and provide guidance or trainings as needed.
