Job summary

Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT) seeks a Divisional Technology Partner for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) to align technology investments with priorities and lead demand planning within governance frameworks. You will coordinate solutions, manage escalations, and support issue resolution with divisional leadership.

You will partner with FAS leaders to prioritize IT initiatives, develop roadmaps, and communicate change across divisions, ensuring resources are allocated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Ability to navigate stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic initiative and portfolio management.
• Executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working in a complex higher education setting.

Responsibilities

• Document local FAS technology needs and gather feedback on IT systems and services.
• Manage IT investment request intake.
• Partner with FAS divisional leadership to align technology investments with priorities and governance.
• Facilitate divisional demand planning and IT roadmap development.
• Coordinate with FAS and university stakeholders to identify shared solutions.
• Produce annual report of divisional IT investments and impact.
• Represent divisional perspectives on enterprise applications and platforms.
• Triage issues and provide guidance to resolve escalations.
