Job summary

Capital Machine Technologies in Tampa, FL, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Information Technology Department across multiple sites. You will own hardware, software, security, and ERP/CRM systems while working with external IT partners.

This hands-on working manager role combines strategic planning with direct end-user support, change management, and ongoing optimization of IT infrastructure to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years IT experience across hardware, software, networks, ERP & CRM systems.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience supporting ERP & CRM systems incl. upgrades and adoption.
• Cybersecurity best practices, disaster recovery, and IT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Change Management participation for ERP & CRM system upgrades and requests.
• IT strategy and budgeting with executive leadership and standardization efforts.
• BI reporting and analytics to deliver actionable insights for management.
• Vendor and partner coordination including SLAs and renewals.
• New user setup, device provisioning, and onboarding across sites.
• End-user support across multiple locations for hardware/software issues.
• Network and infrastructure management including firewalls and servers.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and cost management.
• Cybersecurity and compliance: endpoint protection and access controls.
• Lead multi-site deployments, site build-outs, and deployments.
• Maintain documentation of topology, licenses, assets, and SOPs.
