Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations across multiple production facilities, warehouses, and corporate offices in Mora, Minnesota. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, ERP platforms, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies, blending strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Your leadership will drive technology modernization, strengthen cybersecurity, and influence the roadmap with executive visibility.

Qualifications

5+ years IT leadership or IT management experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or production environments.
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
Network infrastructure and systems administration expertise.
Cybersecurity knowledge including access controls, backups, and disaster recovery.
Experience overseeing software vendors and technology projects.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day technology operations across multiple facilities.
Manage infrastructure, servers, networks, telecommunications, and end user systems.
Ensure security, uptime, reliability, and performance of business-critical systems.
Administer ERP systems and support manufacturing technologies.
Oversee backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.
Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement technology improvements.
Manage third party vendors and technology partners.
Develop processes, standards, and IT documentation.
