Job summary

Confidential in the Dallas-Fort Worth area seeks an Information Technology Manager to lead the enterprise technology environment, including ERP, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and business applications with secure, reliable operations and strategic alignment.

You will partner with leadership to translate business needs into scalable ERP and technology solutions, manage vendors and budgets, oversee projects, and drive data integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing ERP & CRM systems, preferably Epicor.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing IT infrastructure, technology operations, vendors, and technology-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer, optimize, develop ERP including configuration, customization, reporting, integrations, upgrades.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP and technology solutions with stakeholders.
• Lead and train users to utilize ERP tools, dashboards, reports, and analytics capabilities.
