Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience including infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations and service delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and develop IT team members.
• Oversee cybersecurity programs, risk mitigation, and incident response.
• Manage hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
• Evaluate and implement business applications, SaaS platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Lead technology projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Manage IT budgets and resource allocation.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
