Job summary

All Current Electric is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead technology operations across its multi-site organization. You will own day-to-day IT, handle escalations, and drive infrastructure projects while actively performing technical work alongside a small team of three IT professionals.

Reporting to the Technology Director, you will guide IT operations for over 200 employees, setting service standards and building a security-minded IT culture across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, networking, and systems.
• 3+ years leading technical teams while remaining hands-on.
• Strong experience with Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
• Experience managing network infra, firewalls, VPNs, switching, wireless, and security platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk management.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three IT support professionals and manage daily IT operations.
• Set service standards, priorities, and metrics for IT operations.
• Build a customer-service-focused IT culture across the organization.
• Provide hands-on support and handle escalations as part of daily tasks.
• Manage enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure.
• Oversee network across all facilities and ensure uptime.
• Drive infrastructure projects and strategic technology initiatives.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
