Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of progressive IT experience administering enterprise infrastructure, apps, networks, and end-user systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations.
Lead IT and Helpdesk teams with planning, performance, training, and escalation management.
Maintain IT policies, documentation, SLAs, and incident management.
Manage Epicor Kinetic ERP and related enterprise apps, BPMs, dashboards, and integrations.
Administer Microsoft 365, AWS, VMware, backup, DR, and business continuity.
Ensure cybersecurity controls, IAM, MFA, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
Coordinate vendor management, budgeting, and technology lifecycle planning.
Support manufacturing IT needs including MES-related systems and OT/IT separation.
