Job summary

The Midtown Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager/IT Leader to oversee enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery across multi-site locations.

This executive role works closely with leadership to shape technology strategy, manage day-to-day operations, and mentor a team of IT professionals to elevate reliability, security, and business performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years in IT management, infrastructure leadership, or technology operations leadership.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments.
• Strong background in infrastructure, systems administration, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and vendor management.
• Experience leading teams, projects, and IT service delivery initiatives.
• Manufacturing, construction, logistics, transportation, industrial, or related operational industry experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ITIL, PMP, Security+, AWS, Microsoft, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery across multiple locations.
• Manage and mentor IT staff, including systems administrators, technical support professionals, and application support teams.
• Oversee enterprise applications, cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity initiatives, and vendor relationships.
• Drive infrastructure upgrades, technology projects, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage IT budgets, technology investments, and third-party service providers.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery readiness, system availability, and security best practices.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
