Job summary

A123 Systems LLC is seeking an IT Manager to lead enterprise IT across R&D, manufacturing in planning, and corporate functions. The role owns IT strategy, governance, security, infrastructure, and service delivery for multi-site operations. The candidate will be hands-on, process-oriented and partner with global counterparts.

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; strong collaboration with global teams is essential for success in this hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise IT experience with leadership in multiple domains.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments (manufacturing + office).
• Strong security/compliance practices (IAM/SSO/MFA, EDR/XDR, backup/DR).
• Hands-on with hybrid on-prem/cloud/edge architectures and automation; scripting (PowerShell/Python).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an IT roadmap aligned to business priorities; establish IT policies and governance.
• Lead cybersecurity, compliance, risk assessments and incident response; support ISO 27001/SOC 2/CMMC readiness.
